SHSQC ADMISSION PROCEDURES
  1. Admission forms are secured from the Registrar's Office after payment of application fee at the Accounting Office.
  2. Application form should be filled up by the applicant's parent.
  3. Form 2(academic record and recommendation form) is to be accomplished by the principal of the applicant's current school.
  4. All admission requirements and forms are submitted to the Registrar for evaluation and approval.
  5. Payment of entrance examination fee is made at the Accounting Office.
  6. Test schedule is given by the Guidance Center once the application is approved by the Registrar.
  7. Test permit must be presented on the scheduled test date.

    Please see the Guidance Center for rescheduling in case the test falls on a day when classes are suspended due to typhoon, flood, etc. or on a non-working holiday. Except for the reasons mentioned above, the original schedule will be strictly followed.

  8. Test results are released a week after the scheduled test.

    Parents are requested to come personally. No information will be released by phone.

  9. Accepted applicant must pay her reservation fee right after or at least within one week after the release of test results.

    (This is deductible from the tuition fees but not refundable and non-transferable for those who will cancel their reservation)

    The RESERVATION FORM with the official receipt of payment must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar.

  10. Accepted applicant is given the Registration-Directory Form to be accomplished and submitted together with the original report card on or before the date determined by the school to confirm the reservation mode.

    The Committee on Admissions will accept other applicants to replace those who have failed to submit or confirm their reservation and/or make the necessary payment for enrollment.
